Please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs duties and tax charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our shipping provider is DHL, and they will contact you directly should any such charges apply.Β

Italian customers, please be aware that all orders may be subject to additional customs checks, including proof of identity and a signed declaration. These requirements are mandated by the Italian customs authorities, who will contact you directly if any documentation is needed. As these procedures are managed solely by the Italian customs department, we are unfortunately unable to intervene. We share this information in advance to ensure full transparency before you place an order.

Delivery times:

All orders ship weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding Federal and Bank holidays and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible with DHL:

Estimated delivery time:

- UK/Europe: 3-5 business days for orders placed before 9am (CET); 4-7 days for all orders placed after 9am (CET), this included up to 4 days for the order processing time..

- US: 8 business days for all orders before 9am (CET); 9 days for all orders placed after 9am (CET), this includes up to 4 days for the order processing time..

- International orders can take up to 15 business days., this includes up to 5 days for the order processing time.

Order processing & tracking your order:

You will be notified automatically by email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

The courier will then send you an email with the tracking number to follow your order delivery, along with a tracking link.

How do I change the delivery country?

The order must be placed from the site of the country where you want to ship the package. If you do not want to ship to the country indicated on this page, you need to exit the Shopping Bag and select a different country.

Returns:

You may return your entire order or selected items within 14 days of delivery on the condition that items purchased on orveda.com are in their original condition and packaging (i.e. sealed and unopened). We will not accept products that have been opened, or used. If you received a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted, or you may be deducted the cost of the free item.

Please return the products in their original packaging and condition and enclose the return receipt along with the parcel.
