Tax & custom duties:

All orders placed through Orveda’s Websites for shipping outside United Kingdom and within Europe may be subject to taxes and customs duties at the delivery destination point. Such customs duties and taxes due on delivery are borne by the customer, who assumes the payment obligation. COTY Operations BV is not obligated to verify and inform the customer of any applicable customs duties or taxes. The Customer should check with competent authorities of the country if delivery to know what customs duties and taxes are applicable.


How do i change the delivery country?

The order must be placed from the site of the country where you want to ship the package. If you do not want to ship to the country indicated on this page, you need to exit the Shopping Bag and select a different country.


Order processing & tracking your order:

You will be notified automatically by email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

The courier will then send you an email with the tracking number to follow your order delivery, along with a tracking link.


Delivery times:

All orders ship weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding Federal and Bank holidays and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible with UPS:


Estimated delivery time:

- UK/Europe: 2-3 business days for orders placed before 9am (CET); 3-4 days for all orders placed after 9am (CET).

- US: 4 business days for all orders before 9am (CET); 5 days for all orders placed after 9am (CET).

- International orders can take up to 10 business days.

You may return your entire order or selected items within 14 days of purchase on the condition that items purchased on are in their original condition and packaging (i.e. sealed and unopened). We will not accept products that have been opened, or used. If you received a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
