You can join the Orveda Loyalty Programme either online or offline. To create an account online, go to our website www.orveda.com, click on "Sign up" and follow the instructions. To join offline, visit any of our Orveda Maison stores and our staff will guide you through the process. Maison stores are expected to be opened in New York and Paris by the end of 2024.
The Orveda Loyalty Programme has two versions: one version for all countries other than China and one version for the Chinese market. For clarity, if you create an account outside of China, it is valid in all countries except for China, and all purchases made on our website and our Orveda Maison stores will count toward your loyalty account. This is the FAQ page for the worldwide Orveda Loyalty Programme version (i.e., not for China).
As a thank you for joining the Orveda Loyalty Programme, you will be entitled to a free "mignonette (i.e., a mini product), selected in Orveda’s sole discretion, with your first purchase. This offer remains valid even if your first purchase is not made at the time of creating your Orveda Loyalty Programme account. The mignonette will automatically appear in your shopping cart at the time of your first purchase. There is no expiration date to redeem this enrollment gift.
To access your loyalty information, simply log in to your Orveda Loyalty Programme account at https://eu.orveda.com/pages/loyalty. Here, you can learn more about how the programme works, keep track of your status level, explore your gifts and rewards, and review your loyalty history. Yes, as an Enthusiast or Insider member, if you place an order during your birthday season (defined as one month before and one month after your birthday; e.g., if your birthday is 18th April, then your ‘birthday season’ is from 19th March to 18th May) and such order contains a full-size product (any product listed in our catalog as a full-size tem), you’ll receive a birthday gift with your purchase. The gifts vary for each tier, at Orveda’s sole discretion. For our Ambassador loyalty members, you are entitled to a gift without any purchase.
Ambassadors will receive instructions on how to redeem their gift via email. One month prior to your birthday, you will receive personalized emails to inform you about your birthday gift and to confirm your current shipping address. If you wish to receive the birthday gift at an address other than the one in your profile, you must respond to this communication. If you do not respond before your birthday, your birthday gift will be sent to the existing address in your profile.
To benefit from the birthday gift, customers must already have an eligible tier (Enthusiast / Insider / Ambassador) and must have shared their birthday information before making purchase. Otherwise, the birthday gift will not be triggered in that order. If the customer earns the eligible tier and/or shares the birthday information after a purchase, the birthday gift will be triggered for the next purchase made within 12 months from the original purchase date.Please ensure your profile information is always up to date to avoid any issues with gift delivery.
To celebrate the end of the calendar year, every year starting from the 1st of November, we offer our Insider members a gift with any purchase of a full-size product to redeem between the 1st of November and the 31st of December. As an end of year gift, our Ambassador loyalty members can select one of the following: a facial treatment in one of the Orveda Maisons (offer valid for one calendar year, from the 1st of November of the current year to the 1st of November of the next year, available in one of the Orveda Maisons) or a gift. If the Ambassador member wishes to opt for the treatment offer, they must confirm their choice before the 1st of December of the applicable year, otherwise Orveda concierge will ship the gift after that date, at which point the end of year gift is considered redeemed. Enthusiast loyalty members will not be entitled to an end of year gift.
Orveda may offer products, treatments, and branded accessories to its loyal members depending on tier. The selection of the gift depends on the availability and Orveda reserves the right to change and replace gifts in its discretion.
Each Loyalty Programme member will belong to a tier based on the total amount a member spends on their qualifying purchases during a 12-month period. You can find all the information about the tiers on the loyalty programme page and in the Terms of Service of the Programme. All time and date calculations for the Programme, including the day a purchase is made, is based on the Central European Time (CET) zone.
Your points and tier should be updated shortly after a purchase has been paid. In extreme case, the update can take up to 72 hours.
At Orveda, your loyalty points are calculated based on the amount of your purchase(s), and your loyalty tier is based on how many loyalty points you have accumulated during a 12-month period. Points will be calculated based on the currency used for each purchase. Please refer to the current conversion rates below. Coty reserves the right to update these conversion rates at any time. 100 points = 100 USD 100 points = 91 EUR 100 points = 83 GBP 100 points = 105 CHF 100 points = 687 CNY By way of example, (a) if you make a purchase worth 100 USD on us.orveda.com or in an Orveda Maison in the United States as an Orveda Loyalty Programme member, you will earn 100 points; (b) if you make a purchase worth 100 EUR on eu.orveda.com or in an Orveda store in the EU as an Orveda Loyalty Programme member, you will earn 91 points; and (c) if you make a purchase worth 100 GBP on uk.orveda.com or in an Orveda store in the UK as an Orveda Loyalty Programme member, you will earn 83 points. If you make the purchases set forth in (a) - (c), you will have in total 274 points (i.e., 100 points +91 points +83 points).Please note that while Orveda strives for accuracy, the conversion of loyalty points is done using approximate values due to the currency value variation. Orveda reserves the right to review and adjust the conversion process as needed. The final determination of points conversion and allocation is at the discretion of the company. Yes, your points are valid for a rolling 12-month period, and if there is no purchase activity during such 12 months, it’s possible to move down a tier/tiers.
If you return a purchase, the loyalty points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Your tier status will be displayed in your account details when you log in to the Orveda website. You will also be notified by email when you move up a tier.
